📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret Japanese documents, contracts, and reports accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and conferences with Japanese stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of Japanese language materials for internal and external communications.
• Provide cultural and linguistic guidance to our team members who interact with Japanese clients or partners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in Japanese business communication.
• Maintain and enhance our organization's reputation by ensuring high-quality interpretation services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and understanding between our organization and Japanese stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our interpretation processes and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (N1 level).
• At least 5 years of experience in Japanese interpretation or translation.
• Proven experience in interpreting during meetings, negotiations, and conferences.
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in using interpretation software such as SDI, PhraseExpress, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
