Your daily tasks will involve assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
With a strong background in Architecture or Civil Engineering, you will bring valuable expertise to our team. You will work with industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project, and you will be familiar with local construction regulations and best practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and report on any issues or concerns
- Prepare and maintain construction documents, including blueprints, schedules, and reports
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and safety standards
- Provide support to the project manager in decision-making processes
- Train and mentor junior staff on construction best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or related field
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
