📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on clinical assessments and health goals.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor dietary progress using advanced tools like EPIC and MyChart.
• Provide expert nutritional advice and education to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent professional certification.
• Proficiency in using nutritional assessment tools and software like EPIC and MyChart.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
