📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient inquiries and appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain and update patient records in our healthcare management system.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
• Follow up on patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating patient education sessions and workshops.
• Handle patient billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our healthcare services and attract new patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient relations or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance and billing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
