🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare institution.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified in Medical Practice Management).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Proven track record of successfully leading clinical operations and improving patient care outcomes.
