📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and motivate a team of production workers to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.,Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste.,Conduct regular training and development activities for the production team to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production planning and control systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is preferred.
