📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire claims process for motor vehicles and household equipment, from initial assessment to final resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and negotiate settlements with third parties when necessary.
• Use ClaimWise, our proprietary claims management system, to process claims accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with our claims team to ensure that claims are processed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our claims process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to motor vehicle and household equipment claims.
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure that our claims process is carried out consistently and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims, with a focus on motor vehicles and household equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience with claims management systems, such as ClaimWise, is a plus.
• Certification in insurance claims or a related field is a plus.
