📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to the sales team to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
