📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook various dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure timely and efficient service of food to customers.,Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Handle inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
