📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a corporate or financial institution.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
