📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our facade, ACP, aluminum, and glass construction projects,Identify and target potential clients and partners in the construction industry,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and business growth,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry,Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to promote our products and services,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and provide regular reports to management,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients and partners,Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company-wide sales targets and goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry,Strong understanding of the construction industry, including facade, ACP, aluminum, and glass construction projects,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
