Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Manage and supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and processes as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of operations staff.Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
