📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
