📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales promotion team to achieve monthly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to increase product sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotion of products.,Manage and maintain a positive work environment within the team.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales promotion or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales promotion software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Good understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.
