In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that store operations support the overall business strategy.,Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.
