📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.,Oversee the input, verification, and maintenance of data in various systems and databases.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on data entry performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.,Resolve data-related issues and provide support to end-users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.,Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.
