📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.,Provide regular reports on client performance and sales activities to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
