PT Firdaus Cempaka is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including payroll and leave management.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and provide reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  • Represent the company at HR-related events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid model.
