📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE strategies and programs tailored to the unique needs of clients and projects in Bali.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Lead HSE training programs and workshops for employees, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks, and develop and implement corrective actions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on HSE best practices and compliance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE trends, regulations, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Bureau Veritas at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and applicable Indonesian laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and other relevant software and tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
