📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end closing and year-end closing.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
