• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with external auditors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a trading or corporate environment.
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
