📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing meals and maintaining kitchen hygiene.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to specified recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Assist in special events and catering services as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
