📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain civil and MEP equipment, including cranes, excavators, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct material testing and quality control to ensure the use of high-quality materials.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Participate in safety training and drills to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Provide technical support to the project team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Civil & MEP Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
