📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Handle food costs and prepare cost estimates for dishes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
