Agung Tono Bakery is seeking a dedicated Senior Inventory Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Senior Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our bakery. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 5.000.000 to Rp 7.000.000 per month. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about baking and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the bakery's inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to prevent stock discrepancies.,Collaborate with the procurement team to order and receive new inventory items.,Monitor stock levels and place reorder points to avoid stockouts or overstocking.,Assist in the organization and storage of inventory, ensuring it is stored safely and efficiently.,Provide support to the bakery team by identifying popular items and suggesting restocking strategies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports for management.,Maintain a clean and organized inventory area, following health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
