NEXA Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on fleet performance and any issues that may arise.,Train and mentor junior staff members in fleet management best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of success in improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
