NB Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Site Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and metal works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and metal works, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction and metal works projects.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, quality, and budget, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and final reports.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and metal works projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Indonesian language skills are a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
