🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other operational software.,Knowledge of operational best practices and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
