Indonesia Rubber is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a growing company in the rubber industry. We are seeking a professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets. You will also be involved in strategic planning, market research, and business development activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the rubber industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
