Moon Fresh Mandiri is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the monthly and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable and receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members as needed.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
