📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with external auditors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a trading or corporate environment.
Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.
