📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Prepare and serve coffee and light refreshments, including pastries and sandwiches.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle cash and manage inventory, ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Learn and apply basic barista skills to prepare various coffee drinks.
• Assist in promoting Hanami's events and promotions to enhance guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
